iNgxolo Tactical Unit is structured around a formal compliance system covering statutory records, PSiRA readiness, personnel records, firearms and armed-operations controls, operational logs, occupational health and safety, POPIA, client-site records, insurance, assets, vehicles, internal audits and management review.

PSiRA Readiness

PSiRA registration details to be inserted upon official issue and internal verification. The company maintains regulator inspection readiness, personnel eligibility control and statutory recordkeeping.

POPIA & PAIA — Information Regulator Registered

iNgxolo Tactical Unit (PTY) Ltd is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa — Information Officer Registration Certificate No. 2026-061880 (issued 13 July 2026), verifiable at inforegulator.org.za. Appointed Information Officer: Tandwa Luxolo Ngomane, who has completed formal POPIA training (POPI Fundamentals; POPIA: All You Should Know — certificates on record and available for verification). Client identities, movement plans, incident evidence and operational instructions are processed lawfully, securely and only for legitimate business, contractual, employment, security or statutory purposes. Use-of-Force Ethics

Security personnel are not police officers and must not act outside lawful authority. Personnel prioritise prevention, observation, de-escalation, safe containment, client notification and lawful handover to appropriate authorities. Any physical intervention must be necessary, proportionate and defensible.

Incident Reporting

Any serious incident, firearm-related event, injury, restraint, arrest, client complaint or evidence-handling matter is recorded, escalated and reviewed under management accountability.

Client Confidentiality

Client identities, security vulnerabilities, movement plans, incident evidence and operational instructions are protected. Unauthorised release of client information is prohibited conduct.
